Starting the Process

"Probably so, but unlike them, you must stay here."

"No. If they are still alive I'm going find them."

"You will do no such thing!" He yelled. "You both will marry soon and complete what you were created to do."

"I can't turn my back on him!" Rika stated. "Einar wanted me to marry him. Gardar was in negotiations to make Aesa his bride."

"Silence!" He yelled and stared at them. "I will not have you both argue on something I will not change my mind on. The only way you will be with them is if they make it here before you both marry, which you will. Even if I have to chose the men myself."

Rika closed her eyes as tears slipped out. "Fine I will go through this charade but know this Thor you will not be a father in my eyes anymore. I will respect you as my God and as my creator but you are no father of mine." She turned and rushed out of the building.

Thor watched her go then looked at Aesa. "You must see this as for you and your sister"

"No Father, I see this as what's best for you." She shook her head and left, jogging to catch up with her sister.

Thor looked at the alter once more, his daughter's words ringing in his ear before leaving as it began to rain lightly.

Rika stopped at a spot that overlooked the ocean and stood before she started screaming out her pain and anger at the situation. She couldn't believe he never told them that they were alive.

Aesa flinched hearing her sister scream. She knew how bad it felt. For them being created so special, falling in love was hard for them. It took alot for them to give into anyone, but when they did fall in love, they gave everything they had. So losing them made them lose their selves.

Aesa went and kissed the top of Rika's head. "I know."

"Why do we have to do this? Why can't they be here with us?"

"We both know why Rika." She kissed her head again before sitting down on the ground. "We knew what we were created for, and for the longest we were fine with that."

Rika sighed. "I miss him."


Loki stood in the shadows smirking as he heard the girls and disappeared before popping up in a forest on an island a ways away from where the girls were. He studied the two men sitting at a fire pit.

Gradar rubbed his head. He wished he knew how to get back. The ship was finally built but he had no idea where they were.

"I miss Gardar too, but what can we do? It's not like we can just leave and go find them, Thor is always watching." She looked at the water.



Einar stabbed a stick into the fire as he sat lost in thought. It had been a long time since he had see his Rika and killed him. He finally had gotten her to himself, made her see what love was only to lose her.

Rika rubbed her face. "I guess we have to just do this."


"Well look at you boys. You seem like lost little puppies."

Gardar stood at the intrusion and turned to see Loki. "Who are you?" He growled gripping his sword.

"I know. But I will never forget Gardar. No man will ever erase him from my heart and mind."



Einar stood up slowly. "State your business and leave before we chose to not let you."

Rika nodded and sighed as she looked out at the ocean. "I'll always love you Einar." She whispered.


Loki watched the two men. "My name is Loki. I hear that there are two women looking for you two."

"You know of Aesa and Rika?"

Aesa said a silent 'I Love you' to her lost as she closed her eyes and stood.



"How are they? Can you take us to them? We have been stuck here for a while."

Rika started back towards the village.


Loki watched them. "I could take you to them but Thor wants them to marry someone else. They are in the process of finding new husbands."

Gradar growled. "Then what good are you to us?"

Aesa followed. "Rika...want to carry me?"



"Good enough for us to use as target practice."

Rika laughed. "Are you crazy? Why would I do that?"



"Now don't be like that. I can give you the tools to get to them but you have to make it there and claim them before they find new husbands."


"What do you mean new husbands. I was promised Aesa's hand."

"Cause you love me?"



"As I to Rika." He stared at Loki. "I suggest you start talking, really fast."

Rika laughed softly and shook her head. She looked around as she walked.



"Well it seems my brother has a purpose for them. He wants them to create strong warriors but will not allow them to come find you. They are of marriage age of course and their father wishes it. As you know they will never disobey them."

Gardar growled knowing he was right. "Why can't they find us?"

"I'm not sure. Now do you want them or not?"

"And people say I'm the mean one." She shook her head.



"Of course we want them!" He went at Loki, wrapping his fist on the dark haired man shirt and lifting him off the ground. "Now spit out what you want."

"No your not. I'm the bitch remember?"



"Easy I want to mess with my brother's plans. Now I will give you the tools to get to them but you must find them on your own."

"Fine. How long is the process going to be?"

"A few months."

Aesa snorted. "Yeah sure you are."




"Or you can take us there now and cut out the crap!"

Rika smiled a little more.



Loki shook his head. "I can't do that. Thor will not allow me to interfere by letting you get there to them."

"Then fine get us the tools we need and be gone."

Aesa pushed Rika a little to mess with her.



"Now!" He dropped Loki to the ground.
