He kisswed her temple.

"Don't be sorry. It's not your fault." She went over to him and rubbed his cheek.


He sighed and called to her. Don't hold resentment.

"It will be okay."


Bane walked Killi back outside.

She nodded and leaned her head on him.


Killi leaned against him and noticed Aminta. "I wonder what she is doing out here."

Perseus rubbed her back. "I'll talk to her."


Bane shrugged. "No telling."

"Okay." She pulled away and went sit on the bed.


"I want to ask you something later."

Perseus watched her then walked off.


"Okay."

Killie held onto Bane's hand, as she thought of him.

Bane walked with Killi and thought about what to do next.

Will came out and went over to Aminta. "Babe?"

"So what do you want to do know Killi?"


Aminta looked back at him not changing back.

"I have many. But I want to know, about your sister and mother. I mean it seems really bitter between them two."


"You need to talk to her. You two can't be mad at each other forever."

Bane groaned. "Really wish you wouldn't have asked that." He sighed and pulled her to sit on a stone bench. "It's basically all about hatred of Aminta's mother. You see my mother was like Jessica was to Will. Aminta's mother was his mate. She being the kind of woman that she was didn't try to take my father from my mother. It wasn't until she almost died that she accepted my father as her mate. Unlike most women in the pack she wasn't cold hearted about my mother's relationship with him. You see I was two at the time when this all went down. Instead of making him disown me and my mother she let him still take care of us so we never got thrown back to the Omegas like my mother always feared. She understood I was my father's first born. Anyways she ended up pregnant and that's where Aminta comes in. It was a rough pregnancy. You see Aminta is so small because she was actually born premature. Aminta's mother died and Aminta wsa sent to her grandmother once she was strong enough to go. She only visited once a year and that was for her birthday." Bane leaned back. "Aminta looks like her mother."


Aminta closed her eyes ignoring him.

"And because she does, your mother can't take it I see. For your mom not being your dad's mate, she seems to be really attached to him. I know one can love very much, but not as much as if it was their soul mate."


"Don't ignore me Aminta." Will said sternly.

Bane nodded. "I also believe that he does love her to an extent." He watched Killi. "So..what else?"


Aminta kept her eyes closed and shut all emotions and links down in her mind.

Killi nodded. "Did you have any other women before me that might what to cause trouble with me being your mate?" It took alot for her to hold back her wolf that was begging to get free and rip off any female that looked at Bane the wrong way.


Will growled and took off into the forest, shifting into his wolf.

Bane shook his head. "No the pack has always been my full responsibility." He leaned back. "I've had little sluts out in town but none that I will run into because I go very far away."

She raised a brow at him. "I suggest you don't see any of them anymore."

Bane chuckled some at her. "Babe I'm not going to cheat on you. I'm your mate and I would never do that to you."

"Says the man who rejected me."

Bane sighed and pulled her close. "I'm sorry about that." He took a deep breath. "I'm an ass and I don't know how to make it up to you."

"I don't know either. I didn't plan on being pregnant when I met my mate just when...." She bit the inside of her cheek. "Never mind, lets just forget this." She pulled away from him.

"Please don't do that." Bane stated softly. "Don't shut me out."

"I hate thinking about, let alone wanting to tell someone else."

"I deserve to know." Bane looked at her. "Don't I?"
